These terms govern your use of phbetj. Please read through them carefully before registering or placing any bets. By creating an account with phbetj, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to everything in this document.

Philippine law and phbetj policy both require that all players are at least 21 years old. Age verification may be requested at any time. Accounts found to belong to underage players will be immediately suspended and all balances forfeited in accordance with PAGCOR regulations.
Each player is permitted one phbetj account only. Registering duplicate accounts is a violation of these terms and will result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any outstanding balances and bonuses. If you've forgotten your login credentials, use the account recovery option rather than creating a new account.
All transactions at phbetj are processed in Philippine Peso (₱). Supported payment methods include GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, BDO, BPI, UnionBank, and Visa/Mastercard. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever possible, as required by anti-money laundering policy.
Each phbetj promotion carries its own set of wagering requirements and eligibility conditions. These are published on the relevant promotion page and form part of these Terms when a bonus is claimed. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting applicable wagering requirements will result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.
phbetj operates under a valid PAGCOR licence. All games and betting products offered on this platform are legal under Philippine gaming law. Players are responsible for ensuring that accessing phbetj complies with any laws applicable to them in their jurisdiction. Players outside the Philippines access phbetj at their own risk.
phbetj provides deposit limits, session time limits, and self-exclusion tools to all players. If you feel your gambling is becoming a problem, you are required by these terms to use these tools or contact our support team. phbetj reserves the right to impose limits or restrict access to any account where problem gambling behaviour is suspected, regardless of player consent.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between phbetj ("the Platform," "we," "us," "our") and any individual ("Player," "you," "your") who accesses or uses the phbetj platform at phbetj.net and all associated subdomains, mobile experiences, and applications. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and phbetj.
By accessing phbetj, registering an account, or placing a bet, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age, that you are legally permitted to participate in online gambling under any laws applicable to you, that all registration information you have provided is accurate and truthful, and that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use phbetj.
phbetj operates under a licence granted by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). All games and betting products on the Platform are regulated under Philippine gaming law. phbetj complies fully with all applicable PAGCOR rules and regulations, and these Terms are designed to be consistent with those requirements.
The headings in these Terms are for convenience only and do not form part of the binding agreement. Where there is a conflict between these Terms and any specific product terms or promotional terms, the specific terms will take precedence in relation to that specific product or promotion, but these Terms will otherwise apply in full.
To use phbetj's betting and gaming products, you must register a personal account. Registration is free and open to any individual who meets the eligibility criteria set out in these Terms.
When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes your legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid Philippine mobile number, and a working email address. phbetj reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify any registration information at any time. This includes government-issued ID such as a Philippine passport, driver's licence, UMID card, PhilSys national ID, or Voter's ID.
Each person may hold only one active phbetj account. Operating multiple accounts – whether in the same name or using different personal information – is strictly prohibited. phbetj uses technical, behavioral, and identity-matching tools to detect duplicate accounts. If duplicate accounts are identified, all will be suspended and any balances, pending bets, and bonus funds will be subject to forfeiture.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. phbetj strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication on your account. Do not share your password with any third party. phbetj will never ask you to disclose your full password through any channel. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact phbetj support immediately.
All deposits to your phbetj account are processed in Philippine Peso (₱). The minimum single deposit is ₱100. phbetj does not charge transaction fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges, which are your responsibility.
phbetj accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay/PESONet bank transfer, BDO, BPI, UnionBank online banking, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.
GCash and Maya deposits are credited to your phbetj wallet instantly in most cases. Bank transfers via InstaPay may take up to 15 minutes during peak hours. PESONet transfers may take up to one banking day. If a deposit does not appear in your phbetj wallet within the expected timeframe, contact our support team with your transaction reference number.
phbetj may apply deposit limits to accounts, either at the player's request as a responsible gaming measure or as required by PAGCOR regulations. Players may set voluntary deposit limits via their account settings. phbetj may also impose platform-level limits without notice where regulatory requirements demand it.
Withdrawal requests from verified phbetj accounts are processed as quickly as possible. GCash and Maya withdrawals typically complete within five minutes of approval. Bank transfers to BDO, BPI, or UnionBank typically complete within a few hours during standard banking hours. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.
phbetj may request identity verification before processing a withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or withdrawals above certain thresholds. This is required under PAGCOR's anti-money laundering guidelines. Verification documents requested may include government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and confirmation of the payment account used for deposits. Delays caused by incomplete verification are the responsibility of the player.
As a general rule, withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used to make the original deposit. This is a standard anti-money laundering requirement. If the original deposit method is unavailable for withdrawal, phbetj will communicate alternative options to you. phbetj does not process cash withdrawals or cheque payments.
These betting rules apply to all phbetj sportsbook products including PBA betting, boxing betting, esports betting, sabong, and virtual sports. Specific product rules for casino games and other products are published in the relevant game rules sections of the phbetj platform.
Bets placed via the phbetj platform are binding once confirmed. It is your responsibility to check that all bet details – selection, stake amount, and market – are correct before confirming. phbetj does not accept requests to void correctly placed bets on the grounds of a player's change of mind.
The minimum single bet on phbetj is ₱10. Maximum bet limits vary by market, event, and product category. phbetj reserves the right to impose bet limits on specific markets, events, or accounts without prior notice. Where a requested stake exceeds the applicable limit, phbetj will offer the maximum available stake or decline the bet.
Odds are subject to change up to the moment a market closes. The odds displayed at the time you confirm your bet are the odds that apply to that bet. phbetj operates primarily on a fixed-odds model for sports betting, meaning your confirmed odds are locked in at placement unless otherwise specified in specific market terms.
Some markets on phbetj may open well in advance of an event. Bets placed on ante-post or early markets remain valid even if circumstances change, unless the specific event does not take place within a stated timeframe. Non-runner/withdrawal rules for specific sports and events are published within the relevant product rules sections of the platform.
phbetj settles all bets based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body, league, or arena for the event in question. For PBA betting, this is the PBA official result. For sabong, this is the official result declared by the partner arena. For esports, this is the tournament organiser's official result. phbetj reserves the right to delay settlement where the official result is pending confirmation.
A bet may be voided and the stake refunded in the following circumstances: the event does not take place; the event is abandoned before a result is determined and no official result is declared; the bet was placed on a market that was offered in error with clearly incorrect odds; or technical error on the phbetj platform prevents correct settlement. Decisions on voids are made at phbetj's sole discretion and are final after review.
Winning bet amounts are credited to your phbetj account wallet immediately upon settlement. The credited amount includes your returned stake plus net winnings at the confirmed odds. Winnings are available for immediate withdrawal or use on further bets, subject to any applicable bonus wagering requirements.
phbetj offers various bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. The specific terms of each promotion – including eligibility, qualifying bet requirements, wagering requirements, minimum odds, and expiry dates – are published on the relevant promotion page. Those specific terms form part of these Terms when you opt in to a promotion.
Most bonuses at phbetj are subject to a wagering requirement that must be completed before any bonus-related funds or winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., a 10x wagering requirement on a ₱500 bonus means you must place qualifying bets totalling ₱5,000). Not all bet types contribute equally to wagering requirements – specific contribution percentages are detailed in each promotion's terms.
phbetj reserves the right to determine eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion. Bonuses are not transferable between accounts and may not be exchanged for cash before applicable wagering requirements are met. phbetj may withdraw or modify any promotional offer at any time. Any bonus funds that remain unclaimed or in an account that has been suspended for terms violations will be forfeited.
phbetj employs a range of monitoring tools to detect irregular betting patterns associated with bonus abuse. This includes low-risk hedging strategies designed to complete wagering requirements without genuine risk, coordinated activity across multiple accounts to exploit a single promotion, and use of automated betting tools. Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have bonuses and associated winnings voided and may be permanently restricted from future promotions.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on phbetj and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to PAGCOR and other relevant authorities:
phbetj collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering with phbetj, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
phbetj uses your personal data to verify your identity, process transactions, provide customer support, comply with legal and regulatory obligations, and where you have consented, to send promotional communications. Your data will not be sold to third parties. phbetj may share data with PAGCOR, payment processors, and relevant law enforcement as required by Philippine law.
You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data subject to phbetj's legal data retention obligations. Requests related to your personal data should be directed to support@phbetj.net.
All content on the phbetj platform – including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, and interface design – is the intellectual property of phbetj or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or commercially exploit any phbetj content without prior written authorisation.
phbetj grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for your personal, non-commercial betting and gaming activities in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to access the underlying source code of the platform or to use phbetj's brand marks in any external publication or communication.
phbetj provides its platform on an "as available" basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted access. While phbetj takes reasonable steps to ensure platform stability and security, it cannot be held liable for losses resulting from platform downtime, technical errors, or data transmission failures beyond its reasonable control.
phbetj's total liability to any player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their phbetj account in the 12-month period preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits phbetj's liability for gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.
Gambling involves risk and you may lose money. phbetj is not responsible for any financial losses you incur as a result of betting or playing on the platform. You bet with funds that you can afford to lose.
You may close your phbetj account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon voluntary closure, any outstanding balance (excluding bonus funds not meeting wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified payment method within five business days.
phbetj may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you breach these Terms, if we suspect fraud or money laundering, if required by PAGCOR, or if continued operation of your account would pose a legal or regulatory risk to phbetj. In cases of termination for cause, phbetj reserves the right to retain any outstanding balance pending investigation. Players who have been self-excluded may not register a new phbetj account during the exclusion period.
If you believe a bet has been settled incorrectly or have a complaint about your experience with phbetj, please follow this process:
phbetj's decisions on disputes, made following a full internal review, are final and binding unless overturned through the PAGCOR complaints process. All disputes are governed by Philippine law.
phbetj may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in regulatory requirements, platform features, or operational practices. When material changes are made, phbetj will notify registered players by email or via a prominent notice on the platform at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of phbetj after the effective date of any change constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
If you do not agree with updated Terms, you must close your account before the effective date of the change. Account closure requests made within 14 days of a material Terms change will be processed with full return of any withdrawable balance, regardless of any other account status.
